Greg Bonser Managing partner and Chief Technology Officer Greg Bonser is an architectural designer and developer who has been involved in nature conservation and ecological health preservation work for his entire life. He has been actively studying ‘green building’ techniques since the mid 1990s and has a diploma in architectural technology from George Brown College in Toronto. He has been involved in development and construction projects in the GTA since graduating in 1999 as both a consultant and an owner / developer / builder. He has the ability to see and understand the big picture and also to work across disciplines with different stake holders to work out details to co-create win – win solutions. Greg lives and works in the South Riverdale neighborhood of Toronto. He has been active with numerous community and co-operative groups who are addressing issues of local development and infrastructure, energy policy and City governance.
Gabriel Draven Managing partner and Chief Brand Officer As the co-founder and a managing partner of Village Technologies, Gabriel is one of the new breed of eco-preneurs bringing sustainability to life. Gabriel is an award-winning strategic planner with an MBA from the Schulich School of Business. Prior to co-founding Village Technologies, Gabriel played increasingly senior marketing, branding and business development roles in some of Canada’s largest telecommunications companies. Gabriel is an experienced speaker and writer who has spoken and guest-lectured on sustainability to diverse audiences including students at Canada’s leading business schools, community groups, conferences and trade shows. Gabriel was a feature speaker at the Green Living Show in 2009 and will be making a return to the show's stage in 2010. In addition to working with building owners and property managers, his consulting clients range from national trade unions to global retailers. His articles and thoughts on sustainability and high-performance buildings have appeared in leading publications and media outlets including Corporate Knights Magazine, The Globe and Mail, Green Living Online, MTV, Rogers TV and The Toronto Star. Gabriel is currently a feature writer for Green Living Magazine and Women's Post Magazine. Gabriel lives and works in Toronto, Canada
